@Joseph50 if you want help you need to give details of what speed you think you should be getting and what in practice you see. Include how you are measuring speeds eg on a phone in the same room as the hub.

 

In practice all Sky can control is the spedd to your hub which thry test regularly you can see the latrst result in the service checker in the My Sky app or website - you can click through to see the history. If the speed is below the gurantee then the app should offer help.
