Moving!!

Hi

I`m trying to get in contact with chat ,i don`t want to use the silly bot, i need to speak to a human ,Sky contact service really has gone down the pan, this is a Joke. Nothing seems to be working, i put the new Post Code for my new address and just sit there and does nothing ,i need to moving can someone please help, when this contract is done.......... im done good bye SKY ,NOT good.

Sort out your so called service.... NOW!!

 

I need to downgrade to Super Fast Broadband ,There is NO Ultra for my new area. But when this contract ends ,then BT or Virgin here we come.

Thanks for nothing!!

@pinkyf73  You will need to call Sky.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
