Hi we are moving tomorrow how can we transfer our Internet to the new house

@Charmill94 You need to book a home move which can be done here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move-start .

Be aware tough it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get broadband activated at a new address.

As @daveNOS indicates, unfortunately you've left it far too late to get broadband delivered to the new address before early May at best.  The connection doesn't follow the router around the network: it has to be specifically commissioned for each individual property which typically has a lead time of ten working days for FTTC and potentially much longer for FTTP.
