Moving to rural home where max speed is 35Mbps

Hi,

I'm currently on Sky's full fibre 500 package, but I'm moving home soon to a rural area where the maximum possible speed is 35Mbps.

Since Sky won't be able to match my current speeds at the new property, can I cancel with them without penalty?  I'm mid contract.

Thanks everyone

Hi @Freakinabox

I am not sure what Sky will do with your contract to be perfectly honest. I know the policy is if Sky can't provide a service at all for your new address then you will be released from contract. However in this case it seems they can provide a service, just not the same one. It will likely be down to the discretion of Sky.
