Moving the router to another location

We moved the router from the current location in the hall way to the living room area and when we tried connecting it up sky stream network message Internet Is down at the moment and it's very poor quality and it's weak please get it checked ✔️ via sky but that's because we moved it from the hall way obviously or its down and that's due to the fact of sky asking us questions about trying to sort sky stream issues out to get a better connection or is it why would sky stream say that on network connection

@JonathanphillipIf you go to any electrical store or Amazon and look for a longer rj11 to rj11 cable you can then move the router into the other room and hide the cable leading from the hall and plug the router into the other room for power while the data cable comes from the hall to the other room.
