Moving openreach box
I was not in when external box connected. It's on the furthest wall away from the main living areas. I would like it moving so that it's more central to house. Is this possible? I've tried so many times to speak to a human at sky and am getting nowhere

Re: Moving openreach box
Typically Openreach won't locate an ONT deeper into a property than an outside wall.
As the link between the ONT and the ISP router (Sky Hub) is over ethernet, you could consider sourcing and fitting your own longer ethernet cable.
