I have fibre to the premises and the incoming cable goes into a box containing the Openreach modem (ONT) . I need to move this box. I have contacted Openreach and they say I need to speak to my broadband provider.

@Tennek3 Where you not present when the box was being installed, as it might not be possible to have the ONT moved. But you can speak to Sky and see what they say to you. But be ready for a no.
