Moving master socket

I have been trying to move master socket. I rang and paid fee (£65) on May 3rd. I had to ring on May 10th as no one called. Engineer came out on Tuesday 13th but wrong person sent so could not complete task. I had to ring yesterday (one hour on hold) to organise someone else. Just had another message saying cannot organise-how can it be that difficult? I do not feel  should have to be on hold for another hour to discuss as you will not give a direct dial number.
