Moving junction box
. We are having building work done and the junction box where the sky/openreach line enters the house needs moving. How can this be done asap? The builders are already on site.

That's unfortunate: realistically moving a CSP isn't going to be allocated any particular priority (and isn't trivial if the proposed location is further than the current one)
You'll need to persist with contacting Sky, and emphasise it's a CSP relocation (and possible consent ONT move too) rather than just the ONT.

Re: Moving junction box
CSP - Customer Service Point - the external unpowered box which houses a spool of optical cable and the fusion splice point
ONT - Optical Network Terminal - the powered internal fibre modem which connects with the Sky Hub over ethernet cable

Re: Moving junction box
I was assuming that 'sky/openreach line' meant an FTTP circuit, but perhaps I was mistaken.
For a copper line it's just Openreach, but work has to be booked through Sky.
