Moving house

I am trying to book a house move on the app but it won't let me . It just says check my order. No contact number. Anyone else having problems and know how to help

@Chrissy68 you can use any Sky customer services number starting 03 or use the Sky. Talk line and dial 150 for a free call. Lines will be busy so expect a delay in getting through and dont accept offers from the bot of texts etc.
