Sky engineer has just been over to sort out transferring over

The engineer has not been able to connect us up due to not having any discs or boosters as you may refer to them as in this large house as discussed when we took out this initially with you!!

this is wasting a lot of peoples time by nobody listening to the customer. You are supposed to be a communications customer company yet no one is communicating and it is impossible to get through to anybody human

maybe be best if we stop this straight away and if you can arrange to have your box connected and we will stay with BT

very frustrated!!

@G+miller The community here is a customer to customer support platform, we will reply as and when we have the time to do so.

You will have to call Sky to report the issue and rebook an engineer visit, no-one on the forum can assist any further with this issue.

Typically Sky doesn't ship any WiFi Max booster 'pods'* with an initial broadband order no matter what a salesperson told you.

If they do then it's one pod delivered with a Max Hub, with either one or two more pods claimable under the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' and installed during a subsequent visit.

*'discs' is the BT/EE terminology

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
