Moving house with sky

Hello sir 

good morning 

i am moved my house on 1st August2025

so i need to move my broadband hub with me 

can you please help me with it

No. As I stated, we are customers like you. Have a read of that link and then contact Sky. It will likely take about 2 weeks for your broadband service to be connected.

Is there no chance to make it earlier 

please sir make it earlier if possible because my all online work is going stopped 

and to much problems without internet to do my work

@Pranav1992 YOU NEED TO PHONE CALL SKY, nothing else will work when you post on the Forum you are only taking to customers like yourself, and nothing else, no magic can be done it will take 14-21 Days to re-connect you to the new home and that depends on even if sky can!

You need to call Sky.
