Moving home

I am due to move home and want to take sky with me, how do I contact them to arrange this rather than going through the  online portal which isn't working.

Go to this page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move?msockid=0ad416704e8063fc1a5a015c4fe46224 then scroll to the bottom and click 'I still need help' at the bottom of the page, select get in touch, tick the box and then call the number it gives you.
