Moving home

when running an availability check online for my new address, the system does not provide any results. I will be moving on the 31st March and it is vital that I have sufficient internet due to working from home. Can you please advise on connectivity for my new address please

@Daniela13

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

@Daniela13 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.

Sky currently only supply services over the Openreach network. Openreach have a minimum 14Day leadtime so you have probably left it too late to order for 31st March. I suggest you call Sky today to see what if anything they suggest. If the move requires a new line then the delay can be considerably longer.

You can check exactly what Openreach services are available at your new address by putting the full address into this checker Openreach Checker If you want help understanding the output post it the table and tthe first 3 lines of the notes to the forum as several forum members can explain what it all meanders
