Moving home

I can't get the Sky moving home page to work-it keeps crashing-and the chat bot is worse than useless. Is there a number I can call to inform Sky I'm moving? I'll need to move TV, broadband and Sky talk

As a Sky Talk customer the free number to call Sky on is just 150 but again this will mean battling with the bot so this time see what happens if you say nothing.

I'll try that. The online bot just redirected me to contact Sky, which redirected me to the bot, etc

The most helpful bot sent me a text with a link-to the Sky home move service. Which I've tried repeatedly and doesn't work.

@GeneralPig  Ignore the test when the bot sends it and stay on the line to speak to an advisor.

When asked what reason are you calling Sky state moving home. Last year we moved and that statement connected me directly to an adviser..

Finally got past the telephone bot. The advisor was helpful and all sorted.

 

It seems Sky is having problems with a lot of its online apps right now.
