Moving home

I'm moving home. I went through the moving home procedure. I gave them the information about the date I'd be moving into my new house. Is it normal to take a week to disconnect then reconnect in the new house even though the new house previously had sky and I gave them plenty of notice about the home move?

@Tam85  If the property already had Sky then the previous people at the property are doing the same as you have done and until that process completes your install cannot start. With your own hardware might find it connects at the property and disconnects on the day of change over for a short period.
