I want to request moving home, but I can't access the My Sky app, the page always show error and try later, I don't know where I can try to contact your company request moving home .

@Iris4You will need to call Sky if you are unable to use the online form to complete this. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts if they send you a text just stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
