Hi,
I am moving to a new rental place and I want to set up my internet beforhand so it can be ready for the day we move in but when I try to look through deals and set it up it already says "We've found an existing Sky line at your address".
I'm guessing this means the previous tenents used sky broadband. How do I set up my internet if this is the case?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RAR2 If the current tenants have a broadband service, they need to cancel that service, unlikely they would do this while still there.
Once cancelled you can place an order but will take a minimum of 10 working days to be connected.
