Moving home and travelling outside UK

Hello,

I would like to know the tentative shifting time for broadband from one house to another inside Redditch town.

I will get keys for my new rented home on Friday, 18th October. My current home will be with me until 24th October where my SKY broadband is installed.

The thing is that I will be travelling out of the UK from 25th October for 12 days. Just expecting some guidance on process of shifting broadband and necessary timelines to be followed to get internet connection to new home in time.

Sky require a 2 week notice for a home move so if you are leaving your current home by the 24th October you need to book the home move in by the end of tomorrow really.

A bit late now but presumably you have permission from your new landlord?
