Moving company lost Router

Hello,

I'm looking for advice please. We moved house on Saturday, 6th April, and after searching every box in the house, we have not been able to find the Sky broadband router meaning we have no Internet or TV because the Sky Glass needs it! Can we get a replacement from Sky? Has this sort of thing happened to anyone else? If so what did you do?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, but as the hardware is loaned, they are likely to want you to pay a non-return fee for the misplaced unit.

I haven't experienced losing a broadband router during a move, but I can imagine how frustrating it must be.

Going through same thing at the moment. Belongings had to go into storage for 8 months whilst they gutted the house and repaired but now I cannot find 3 mini boxes that we had, think they will charge me a fortune and wasn't my fault. 😢😢

Currently it's £52 per mini box.
