Moving Phone Socket

Hi! I'd like a phone socket moved to another part of my house as it is currently in one of my childrens bedrooms so not ideal. I have another phone point in my hallway but was told by an engineer that the wiring was old and broken, hence why it is currently in a bedroom.

Can anyone advise if this is a Sky or BT issue?? and who i should contact?

@JR1977 If you are a Sky broadband customer you will have to call Sky to arrange for the socket to be moved, there is a charge for this but I can't remember what it is exactly.
