Moving Home

Hi, I filled in a move home request on the sky website a few weeks ago. I called today as I am moving in ( Friday 24th October ) as the engineer was supposed to come on the following Monday and I need internet for work. I was then told that nothing had been booked in and the soonest date they could do was the 7th of November. I then spoke to someone from customer services who said that there was a fault with the website and that it does not always work so it isn't their fault and i should've screenshotted it. Has anyone else had this?

@Sonnie1 Not aware off anything, did you not recieve any e-mail conformation, look at your orders or my messages etc once you did it!
