Moving Home

Hello, 

the online service to move home seems not to work since a couple of days. I am moving flat within the same building so also when selecting the new property it is saying that it seems to be my old home. Shouldn' t I change anything then ? I tried to write the adress in the "My adress is not listed section" but same issue when I finish the process , I am getting a white page, no confirmation email or anything so I suspect it is not  working. 

Do you experience the same issue recently ?

I can't find any numbers to call, it must have been design to hide them at maximum if there exists some
