Moving Home

Hi folks

We'll be moving in the next 6 weeks or so. We have Sky broadband and a Sky Glass Air TV. Does anyone know if we get to keep the same hub after Sky have done whatever's necessary at the new property? I ask because it would be handy not to have to change the password for all our devices.

TIA

If you currently use a Sky Broadband Hub then you'd keep that unless you choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement to the account.

If you have a Max Hub, you'd keep that as long as the new address isn't provisioned on a CityFibre FTTP circuit.

Either way, it's always possible to log into the new Hub and change its WiFi password to be the one in use previously.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
