Moving Home not recognizing address

Hi, I have tried to move my address on my Wi-Fi using the normal service online. However, I am moving house into the same postcode area, just a change in house number. The online service keeps saying that is the same address as my new one - despite being a different number- and refuses to continue with the request. I've tried the chat bot service which also does not understand. I've tried to find a contact to call sky but that also is difficult. Please can someone help, I need wifi at my new house to sort my electric meter etc out.

You will have to contact Sky about this so when you do so and the bot asks you any questions try remaining silent and remain on the line.
