Moving Home and Looking to Add Broadband
As I am moving to a new home, I would like to apply for broadband service with you. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? My current contract ends on July 18th.

Re: Angela
You'll need to contact Sky to order your broadband and Sky Talk landline package. The typical lead in time is a minimum of 14 days. My son moved into a new build home in November 2024, signed up for Sky Fibre 75 on 23/11 and it was activated on 17/12.

Re: Angela
@Angela406 New home and not having sky at present then sky.com and get what you need for the package and speed that you require, THIS is for the new address and assumes that it is FREE and someone currently does NOT have an active link, YOU are not getting if they do have stops people from forcing illegal takeovers.
Your contract with the other ISP, just cancel it within the period if it is either 30 or 14 day's notice before it is due to run out, that can be a little tricky depending on what you have, as sometimes you give notice and a couple day's later bang you get cut-off. Once disconnected trust me you are NOT getting it back.
