Moving Home - Steps

Hi all

I am looking to move home and I have Sky Q and Sky Broadband.

I have tried the moving home link on sky.com which does not work.

How does the process work?  Do we simply book for our broadband to be switched on and then we bring all our equipment from our current house or do we get new equipment?

Our new house is a new build.  I will have a Sky dish installed by a local aerial dude and the new build has a BT openreach socket and thats it.

Keen to understand the process ....

@MartynDurrant  If you are moving with Sky. You bring your equipment with you, but not the dish that stays with your old proerty. If you still have Sky Q then a dish will have to be fittedat the new property. Your broadband will have to be transfered to the new property.

To book a Sky Home Move, you can click this link: https://www.sky.com/moving-home

If the form is not working online then you will need to call Sky, the lead time normally is 14 days before you move.

Re: Moving Home - Steps

Thanks for the info on this, we've had to call them up, via 150 on the landline and managed to get through to a person, as the computer kept sending the moving in link but it's not working, someone needs 2 look into this.
