Find out more @Jb921 Wifi signal levels are affected by the layout, tyoe of construction and level of interference from neighbouring networks so each home is different. Sky Glass requires both reasonable bandwidth and just important a regular signal. Check where your hub is as it should be out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
Beyond that you may need more than the basic hub Sky provide to get a strong enough signal to stream video. Sky will sell you an add pzckage if youbwant. There are two the first is Broadband Boost which can provide a basic booster which might work and costs 35 per month. The other which is a better fit for Glass is WiFi max which can include up to 3 more modern extender pods if they are required.prices vary but £7.50 is common. In both cases you need to request the extra bits as tgey are not sent out by default.
However therexare other options if praxtical running an ethernetvcable from the hub tomtge TV is by far the best solution. Where it isnt a cheap Powerline networking kit which also uses the ethernet ports but tgen sends the data over your homes mains wiring work in many cases. You can also buy whoke home wifi solutions but these can be more complicated to set up.
