Moved house, no internet connection

I have moved house, have been told by sky that my Internet has been activated, although I still have no internet connection. Tried resetting the hub but still nothing...any ideas?

@Cassie5  When did you book the home move?   Line activations take at least 10 working days from placing the order.

 

What date is the activation?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
