Moved house, missing ONT

How can I request a new ONT? On moving to a property, I discovered the ONT had been removed. There is an optical cable and the signs that the ONT had been previously mounted next to it. The previous owner has said they sent it to their service supplier when a year ago. My Sky Hub is due on Wednesday but I can see no way to procure a new ONT that will allow me to hook it up. Internet access is pretty vital to.my job and mobile coverage is spotty. Thanks

@Wav123 you nedd to ask Sky to get it repkaced so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
