Moved house. Requires internet connecting
Apologises I am non technical and I also have a brain injury, so bear with me. I have been paying for broadband over a year, but I have been in rehabilitation for 10 months, but still paying the subscription of £43 per month. I am told by the family this is way too much, but I am not sure. My main issue is that I have had to move house whilst in rehab, but I honestly don't have a clue how to move the broadband to my new property. Could someone please help and tell me what I should do and signpost me to someone who can help me. I am getting a smart TV, so assume I need internet access for the TV to work. Please help me.
