Move external cables set up by Sky

My elderly dad has been trying to contact Sky to have external cables that they affixed to his roof facia removed. Initially Sky said it's BT open reach, but they dont carry this out for domestic properties and I think Sky should put it right. It was done >2 years ago and we've had to have repairs done as the wires are so taut it damaged the guttering. Who can i speak to about this? Very hard to find a contact number

@G+Hunt while Openreach cannot be contacted directly by the end customer it is likely to be their cabling as they own all the connections up to the master phone socket. Sky can arrange for Openreach to check the cabling but in the end it is they who decide what gets done not your father or Sky.

@G+Hunt

Your Dad (as the account holder) needs to initially contact Sky. You can contact them if you can get passed the security questions.  What are these wires for? If these wires were fitted by Openreach Sky will pass the issue to

Easiest way is call Sky by dialling 150 free from your Dads Sky Talk landline.
