So had my move date changed so don't have any internet in the old address can they just switch it back on or do I have to wait 2 weeks too get switched back on

but I still have everything all set up here if they can just turn it off why can't they just turn it back on it's easy don't need any body coming out just turn it on 🤣

Broadband doesn't work like that.

Openreach do a cease and reprovide. Ie as soon as a slot is freed up it will be re provided to another customer. So an engineer would need to visit the cabinet . But the best advice is @GD1 contact sky
