Hi all , I've recently joined Sky Wi-Fi max. All smart devices are fine but my iPhones show full connection but can't load web content.
have turned off sky shield - rebooted everything and still no joy.
do I need to change the DNS server in my iPhone settings?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Roy19 if other drvices are connecting correctly you should not need to use anything from the default setting of getting the network settings from the hub. Hower if you want you can add a public DNS to the setting change the DNS serring from automatic to manual and add the public DNS below the default settings which are the Hub's IP4 and IP6 addresses personally I add Google's on 8.8.8.8 but Cloudflare at 1.1.1.1 is also a popular choice
