Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sirishach either click to run the full connection test in the My Sky app which will give youbthe currentvspedd your hub is connected at and if tgst is belowctge minimum for your line it should offer to book an engineer to check your line.
If the speed to the hub is fine then click to let itvtest the connection to your devices as poor wifi spedds are a common issue.
