Mo Broad band connection
I have made several attempts at reconnecting without without success. Kindly help

@Bajala run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky are aware if a fault affecting your line. If Sky font know about the issue call them to report it so they can getvan e ngineer to check your line.
