Missing wire and microfilter

I have received my hub in the post and I think I should have a black cable with a white end and a purple end or so the instructions say but this was not in the box and neither was a micro filter. I've been trying to ring sky to ask about this but can't find a number can anyone help me?

@TonyRolo What service are you getting from sky, connecting to the OLD Openreach master socket or to a new Full Fibre line? Box says the model you have been sent!

Sky hub 4.2 and I've just moved into a new property and there is a openreach box next to the electric meter

@TonyRolo Then you are looking at the wrong connection details on the install sheet that you have, and YOU DO NOT need the cable or the filter, will find and link the electronic version. Link below. And take the with calls option even if you do not have to get the correct screens.

That's an Optical Network Terminal for a full fibre (FTTP) connection, and the appropriate connection is an ethernet cable.

@TonyRolo No problems, make sure it is all working, and the cupboard if that is where your Hub is going to be may just not be the smartest place to have it. You can get back later if that is so....
