Missing item

My Internet is missing needs to be delivered today while I just received only ethernet cable where is my sky box

@Faisal5 If sky sent you only an Ethernet cable then the sky Hub you have is good enough to be used and connected to a sky FF Full Fibre connection!

The 'Conversion Kit' ethernet cable goes between the WAN ethernet port (#4) of your current Sky Broadband Hub and the Optical Network Terminal which will be installed.
