How do I obtain a Sky pod max as nothing came with my order?

Sky does not ship any pods with the Max Hub (or booster hardware with the Broadband Hub)

These are potentially claimable retrospectively under the terms of the Enhanced Wifi Guarantee (with the 'WiFi Max' add-on) or Wifi Guarantee (for the 'Broadband Boost' add-on) respectively.
