Missing ONT Cable

Hi,

I have recently moved into a new house and the previous owner appears to have taken the ONT Power cable. Our internet is due to be activated on the coming Monday and we currently are operating off mobile data (so minimal delays to internet activation would be ideal). What's the best way to go about getting this sorted?

@HHH19373 There is nothing you can do until the day off your activation, it will be a failure as there is no PSU unit, then you can call sky and let them know the reason why ie NO PSU for the ONT, they will inform OR and then OR will arrange to have an Engineer come and fit one for you.
