This is Sky, not BT. 

If you mean Openreach in regards to Sky Broadband, then you'll need to ring Sky and reschedule it direct with them.

A lot of broadband activations happen remotely. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-and-talk-new-line-installation

 

However if Sky have confirmed you need an engineer, you need to reschedule as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/changing-start-and-end-dates-reschedule-engineer-appointment-bb-ta...

 

Or you risk £25 fee. We are all fellow subscribers here so you will need to contact Sky customer services.
