Mini box

I have checked my broadband and you say there is no issue but our sky mini boxes are not working.

@LeisaBebee are other devices working? If not yhe connection to the exchange could be down which the service checke cannot pick up for up to an hour. However gge lights on the hub should show you see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If other devices sre connected and you haven't used the Q mini boxes for since Saturday when Sky had an issue powercdown the miniscand tge main Q box then reboot the main box once back up reboot the minis which shouldcre-establish connection.
