Mini box keeps losing signal
My mini box keeps freezing and losing signal.
Run tests which are ok.
Re started and followed all steps but keeps happening

@lucyjennifer77 assume you mean a Sky Q mini box which usescan unusual type of WiFi network. Only the black Sky hubs can connect directly to Q minis with any other router includingbthe white Sky hubs the Q minis have to connect to the main Q box not directly to the router. Sky should supply a matched booster yo improve connectivity if you give them a call.
