Middle light orange on router
We have poor / no internet and turning off and on the router doesn't change anything.

@Kirsten12 this page explains what the lights on your hub mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start.
An amber internet light means the hub has lost its connection to the exchange. Run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you whether Sky are aware of the issue or not. If they arent give them a call to report the problem.
