When I work from home and log on , it says I have a metered connection and may be charged more? Why I'd this

That is the network connection option that was set up by default on your computer WiFi settings

@Fizzy7  As per @mormegil  that is a setting on your laptop that you should be abkle to fix.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
