Are you going out off contract and you've been notified of a price increase ? You'll need to contact sky to re negotiate

 Once  the minimum term has ended the contract continues according to the terms you agreed to when you took it out, which typically includes a price increase: as @cookiemonsteruk indicates you'd typically need to renegotiate  and recontract onto a new minimum term if you wish to reduce the monthly cost
