McAfee Internet Security Suite

If McAfee Internet Security Suite is no longer available via Sky, why am I being charged for it each month?

@Red6  You would need to spesk to Sky to cancel it

Hi GD1. I did when renewed contract last year and then didn't check bill since. Surprise surprise still be charged. Surprising though is that if no longer available then why being charged. Try them again in New Year.

The subscription covers any installation(s) of McAfee still in place from when Sky was promoting the offer and the download was available from Sky.  It won't have covered any additional devices or reinstallation for the past few years: installed versions should still be getting antivirus signature updates but not new features, and there's no longer a management interface hosted by Sky on their website.
