Max pod won't work

Can't get Max Pod to work. Staying connected for 15 secs then pulse white constant. Not picking up as product. Otherwise Max router working fine. 2.4 and 5Mhz both enabled. Tried moving max pod allover but still not working/connecting ANY SUGGESTIONS

If you can move the pod next  to the hub for a while  and get it to connect, leave it there for an hour or  so to male sure it is connected  to the sky wifi max hub then move to where to want it in the house, i had the same problem  last  year when i got my pod as i live in an old house, and that's  what i did and it's  fine now, i hope this works for you

@mccowan Go to this page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-setup-problem-max-pod and follow the steps invluding checking the pod is correctly listed in the My Sky app if it isn't it nedds adding.
