Upgrade to full fibre broadband
I have been offered this via what's app but nothing has happened. I accepted but nothing has happened. Is this a scam ?

It’s always worth being a bit cautious with links or offers sent like that, especially if you don’t remember agreeing to being contacted via WhatsApp.
Also just to be aware, this forum isn’t direct contact with Sky, it’s just other customers sharing advice.
If nothing’s happened yet, the safest thing is to contact Sky directly via their website and check whether the offer is genuine and that the communication actually came from them.

@Ricardo14 sky running a WhatsApp campaign does not mean your message specifically was genuine. Posters here are not sky employees, don't have access to your WhatsApp account and have no way of checking. In order to validate if your message was genuine and why sky didn't respond if it was, you should contact Sky directly rather than other customers.
