Master socket 5c

Hi,

Due to all devices being upstairs I'm getting a very poor WiFi connection. I've tried a long ethernet through the house to see if it improved and it did massively!  Will sky/openreach relocate the master 5c socket to be in the office so I can have devices hard wired if its possible where do I start and who do I get into contact with?

Yes its called a master socket relocation. It costs £65 and you need to call Sky to arrange it
